// Print meets iPhone app - Volkswagen

Even print is evolving. In Norway, Volkswagen transformed an advert in newspapers and magazines into an augmented reality test drive experience. How it worked? Click image below:

Of course, I like the idea and concept. Very much. But those kind of campaigns always keep me wondering: does it reach the ‘normal’ customer or is it only ‘liked’ by media-professionals. Do you think normal customers who are reading their newspaper in the morning, are really downloading a dedicated iPhone app to get this experience?

I doubt it.
